These terms cover internal and operator use of JForge Labs software and integrations. They are short on purpose.

Who these terms apply to
JForge Labs is operated by John Fodchuk in Saskatchewan, Canada (jforgelabs.com). These terms apply to authorized use of JForge Labs software, sites, and integrations — including tools used by the operator and internal agents.
QuickBooks Online connector
The QuickBooks Online connector is for authorized JForge Labs use of our own QuickBooks company. It is not a marketplace product offered to the public, and it is not a licence for third parties to connect their own QuickBooks companies through this app.
No warranty
Software and integrations are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Use is at your own risk. JForge Labs is not liable for loss of data, interruption, or other damages arising from that use, to the extent Canadian law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and Canada. Courts in Saskatchewan have jurisdiction, except where applicable law says otherwise.
