This page explains, in plain language, how JForge Labs handles information. It is written for a Canadian company — not as a US consumer-app policy.

Who we are

This site and the products named below are operated by JFORGELABS INC., a Saskatchewan corporation (entity number 102244197), incorporated 21 September 2026, carrying on business as JForge Labs, of 33 Campbell Crescent, Weyburn, Saskatchewan S4H 3M3, Canada. The public site is jforgelabs.com. Questions, access requests, and deletion requests go to john@jforgelabs.com.

What we build and operate

We build and operate software and sites, including RootsX, AgriForge, Spark, Energy Epoch, and internal tools. Those products may have their own sites and notices. This page covers JForge Labs as the operator, including internal integrations.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information.

Hosting and third parties

This site and related systems may run on third-party infrastructure such as a common cloud host or CDN. Those providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

Canadian privacy

We treat personal information in line with PIPEDA and applicable Canadian privacy law. This is not a US-only policy and it does not claim CCPA, CPRA, or similar US-state regimes that do not apply to this shop.
