Privacy

This page explains, in plain language, how JForge Labs handles information. It is written for a Canadian sole-builder shop — not as a US consumer-app policy.

Who we are

JForge Labs is operated by John Fodchuk in Saskatchewan, Canada. The public site is jforgelabs.com. Questions, access requests, and deletion requests go to john@jforgelabs.com.

What we build and operate

We build and operate software and sites, including RootsX, AgriForge, Spark, Energy Epoch, and internal tools. Those products may have their own sites and notices. This page covers JForge Labs as the operator, including internal integrations.

QuickBooks Online / Intuit app

The JForge Labs QuickBooks Online connection (used by Grok Bot and other internal tools) connects John’s own QuickBooks Online company so authorized internal agents can read and write accounting data he already owns. It is not a public product and it does not collect end-user QuickBooks credentials from customers.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information.

Hosting and third parties

This site and related systems may run on third-party infrastructure such as a common cloud host or CDN. Those providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

Canadian privacy

We treat personal information in line with PIPEDA and applicable Canadian privacy law. This is not a US-only policy and it does not claim CCPA, CPRA, or similar US-state regimes that do not apply to this shop.

Questions and deletion
